Providing peaceful views of the surrounding landscaped gardens, pools and houses, this is great location for a family with children, a group of friends or a corporate golf party and can sleep up to 10 guests, making it the ideal holiday-property-let. The house is situated in the El Casar area of Sotogrande on a small plot with only 10 houses sharing a lovely secure, gated, communal lawned garden and large pool. The house is situated in a quiet area, beautifully kept and close to Puerto Sotogrande, Valderrama, Alcaidesa and San Roque golf courses (to name a few),Polo pitches, supermarkets and beaches. Although it is possible to walk and cycle around the Sotogrande housing area and to the supermarkets, a car is recommended to get you to the golf courses and beaches (10/15 minutes drive). The house, with 3 floors, has fresh linen, towels (not for the beach) outside seating areas and a separate suite on the top floor with terrace and outside furniture. There is also a small BBQ in the back garden, a front garden and drive for the car. Central heating and a real fire place for the cooler months are also available, along with air-conditioning in the main bedroom and lounge/dining areas for the summer.

SMOKING: Please note that smoking is allowed only on the outside terraces and gardens of this holiday-property-let. MARINA/BEACH: The Puerto de Sotogrande and beach are 15-20 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by car. SUPERMARKETS: Supercor and Lidl supermarket and the village of Pueblo Nuevo are a 5-10 minute walk away. GOLF: Sotogrande offers 5 superb golf courses, all within approx. 15 kilometres of the property. The best known of these courses is Valderrama where the 1997 Ryder Cup was held. The choice of courses allows for play at all levels in an area known as the Pebble Beach of Europe. TRAVEL: This holiday-property-let is in an ideal location with Gibraltar only a 20 minute drive away; Jerez 120km (approx. 2 hrs by car)and Malaga 100km (approx. 1.5 hours by car). The Sierra-Nevada mountains are great for skiing and only 4 hours drive away. Ronda is a beautiful mountain village worth visiting (1hr) as is Seville (2hrs) and the rest of the Costa del Sol. BOOKING NOTES: When we receive your enquiry, we will reply to you with availability and confirmed rates. If you are happy then we send you booking confirmation with the full detail of the property and amounts to be paid. We charge 10% on booking confirmation and the rest has to be paid not later than 1 month before your arrival. £ 400 breakage deposit will be paid in cash with the receipt of the keys and we tend to return it on the day of your departure, subject to checking the apartment.
