Painted in the Trafalgar Cemetery, this painting consists of Wisteria flowers entwined with some ornamental trees.

A favourite of the artist, the Serenity Prayer has been added towards the bottom of the painting:

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference. Amen"

Inspired by the Van Gough painting "Starry Night", this painting depicts a sunrise over the Rock of Gibraltar with the Moorish Castle silhoueted in the foreground.

Bible scripture from Genesis 1, has been written over the darker area of the painting:

"He placed the light in the sky to shine on the earth, to rule over the day and the night and to seperate light from darkness. And God was pleased with what he saw. Genesis 1: 17-18"

Inspired by a late summer walk in Alameda Botanical Gardens, my feet and sandals had a child-like appearance amongest the scarlet flowers that covered a bed of leaves.

Bible scripture from Matthew 18:4 has been woven around the leaves in the centre of the painting:

"The greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven is the one who humbles himself and becomes like a child. Matthew 18:4"
